Izaak is known throughout the Tidewater area as an expert in real estate and has conducted over 25,000 real estate transactions. He is an approved attorney for all major Title insurance agencies. He is a Commissioner in Chancery of the Chesapeake Circuit Court, and Escheator for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Izaak is a ‘Double-Hoo’ graduate of the University of Virginia (BA 1963, JD 1966).

Clay started practicing with Izaak Glasser in 1983. With close to forty years of practice in real estate, divorce, estate litigation, civil litigation, personal injury, business formation, negotiations, and contract disputes, he is well known in the local legal community, and receives numerous referrals from other attorneys in the area.  

Clay is a ‘Double-Hoo’ graduate of the University of Virginia (BS 1980, JD 1983).

Konstantine handles all areas of civil litigation, real estate, business formation, and disputes, creditor's rights and collections, estate planning and administration, and family law. He practices in federal and state courts, including Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court, and the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Virginia. Konstantine is actively involved in the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference, serving as the Second District representative for the Hampton Roads area.

Konstantine is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law (JD 2018) and George Mason University (BA 2009, MPP 2014).
